Working Process

Medium-pressure steam and feed gas mix into the feedstock preheating section in convection chamber for preheating, then the mixture will enter into each upper pigtail tube through inlet duct on top of radiation chamber. After that, it will flow into the reformer tube containing catalyst for conversion reaction, and the processed reforming gas will be discharged to the lower collecting tube connected with the lower pigtail tube. The gas collected in the collecting tube will be sent into the gas boiler directly connected with lower collecting tube to produce steam and cool down.

Working Process

1. Raw material test: we use portable spectrometer to test the raw materials.

2. Smelt: smelt, chemical content analysis, and composition inspection.

3. Centrifugal pressure casting test

1) Stability of centrifugal machine
2) Spraying temperature and speed
3) Casting temperature
4) Rotational speed

4. Sand blasting

5. Groove processing

6. Inner hole processing

7. Assembly welding

8. All welds are inspected by ray, and the inside of weld in reformer catalyst tube is inspected by endoscope.
